1985

Since 1985, we have proven ourselves as leading experts in the conveyor, food, and beverage industries.

1996

Darana Electric, Inc. begins operations in Niagara Falls, NY with 7 employees in a 5,000 square foot warehouse.

2005

Darana Electric, Inc. moves from Niagara Falls, NY to Memphis, TN with 20 employees in a 7,500 square foot warehouse.

2007

Darana Electric, Inc. merges with Darana Hybrid, Inc. with 27 employees.

2012

Darana Hybrid, Inc. expands Memphis, TN warehouse operations to 60,000 square foot facility.

2016

Darana Hybrid, Inc. moves corporate headquarters to Hamilton, OH as operations grow to over 165 employees.

2018

Darana Hybrid, Inc. acquires the Lindenwald Community's 170,000 square foot warehouse in Hamilton, OH. Master Plan Revitalization of the steel manufacturing warehouse begins. Darana Hybrid, Inc. acquires Apollo Electric, a commercial & residential electric services company operating in Cincinnati, OH area. Darana Hybrid, Inc. operations expands to over 200 employees.

2019

Darana Hybrid, Inc. begins relocation to the revitalized 170,000 square foot warehouse scheduled for completion in 2020. Staffing expansion plans will add more than 200 more professionals in 2020.
